I just reread this post and the part about focusing on leads where they have no other options completely changed how I think about prospecting...I've been focusing on the new foreclosures because I have so much value to give...but, better to talk to the people who can use my value the most today!

I saw some reviews where people loved them and others hated them.

There's even a group here for people wanting to rent from smaller landlords...verse lux buildings.  

We can get past problems and find hidden possibilities if we keep an open mind and look for other ways to do things.Real estate investing is a people business, so remember that.

I think it's kind of funny that people always talk about doing your own due diligence as I thought that was pretty assumed with any investment, but I guess there are some people who may buy blindly like they do with stocks or whatever.

It wasn't easy going through applicants being that its Atlanta & it's a lot of people applying from other states as well as people that don't reply or want something for nothing.

So I wanted to ask how do new western agents and other people find off market residential/commercial.
