Hi Jon, I know everyone is up in arms about gas but I’m currently switching my oil burning units(smaller properties) over to gas for fuel efficiency and because it’s the only way I can set up individually metered accounts and charge the utilities to my tenants after years of expensive heating costs that I have footed the bills for.

I have been very friendly and helpful, giving her tips on how to get rid of them (keep doors and windows closed, spray certain essential oils around, vacuum up the maggots, etc.)
