This is not that great of a cost, all things considered, however, it can be difficult to integrate into an existing building.Another option to think about would be a mini split heat pump, this would give you A/C for each unit also and cost less to run for heat than pure electric.

It wouldn't support credit checks, background checks just due to the liability, but would integrate a place/site that does.
