You may also want to weigh your costs to remedy this vs your deductible before you go calling the insurance company.If the basement is not finished space and you only have to pay for 2 hotel rooms for a few nights, you're looking at maybe $1K to $2K.

The two instruments are different in ownership and rights while default remedies overlap in similarities.Additionally, you are NOT selling a CFD you are trying to sell real property which has a CFD attached to it which REQUIRES a real estate license in all 50 states.

From my experience, (I invest out of state for cash-flow to lower income families) this deal looks like it won't cashflow, and you'll have some out of pocket costs to remedy operating expenses and debt.
