This joker wanted to have the remediation company dry it out and see if it "restuck" even though the seams had come apart.

Without a lease, do I still need to go through the eviction process, or is there an easier legal remedy, like changing the locks.I'm hoping for the latter, but fear it's the former.... even if they don't have a lease.Thanks for any feedback.Larry C.

I am working with insurance and water / mold remediation companies, but will need a quote and quick sub floor repair including vinyl / tile replacement (unit is occupied).  

For example, I can remediate the mold and replace some drywall, then resale for someone else to finish the windows, kitchen, baths, etc. 

The two instruments are different in ownership and rights while default remedies overlap in similarities.Additionally, you are NOT selling a CFD you are trying to sell real property which has a CFD attached to it which REQUIRES a real estate license in all 50 states.  

From my experience, (I invest out of state for cash-flow to lower income families) this deal looks like it won't cashflow, and you'll have some out of pocket costs to remedy operating expenses and debt.

Does anyone have any experience or advice on remedying this or the cost to do so?...
