You may also want to weigh your costs to remedy this vs your deductible before you go calling the insurance company.If the basement is not finished space and you only have to pay for 2 hotel rooms for a few nights, you're looking at maybe $1K to $2K.

Without a lease, do I still need to go through the eviction process, or is there an easier legal remedy, like changing the locks.I'm hoping for the latter, but fear it's the former.... even if they don't have a lease.Thanks for any feedback.Larry C.

The two instruments are different in ownership and rights while default remedies overlap in similarities.Additionally, you are NOT selling a CFD you are trying to sell real property which has a CFD attached to it which REQUIRES a real estate license in all 50 states.
