I've been self employed for 12 years, so I feel like I can manage the task of being on my own managing this thing.  

The economies and population growth trends made these cities very attractive.

As you can see from the before, during, and after photos, it was an ugly task.

It's full of old growth hardwood...

I reside in Largo; but an area that has growth potential (opinion) is Seminole for multifamily and the main attraction are the beaches on Gulf Blvd.

Sounds like daunting task.

Some personal skills include problem solving, organizing, being a task oriented person and a stickler for schedules.

My purpose is two-fold: 1) to help me keep organized and have a reference manual that I can look back on, add to and tweak as needed 2) provide instructions for every task that I could possibly outsource/hire out down the road so that I can scale and grow my business.Any stories, tips or advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
