The latest data from the Commercial Real Estate Womens Network (“CREWN”) shows that in 2020 women account for only 36.7% of the workforce in the nation’s commercial real estate industry, a percentage that has not changed much in the last 15 years.

I can keep going for another hour but best thing to do is educate yourself as much as you can on the industry before making a move.

Probably not.So get creative, get into the industry through mentoring and following others, opportunities will come, but it will take HARD WORK!

Unfortunately the few bad tenants are the ones we generally hear about, not the multitude of good ones...like I myself was for my LL.So I'm sure there will be impacts, and I'm sure there will be bad actors, but legislation like this doesn't suddenly overnight create an implosion in an entire industry.

I have no idea what that entails but it's a HUGE industry here in Houston because of our local economies.

-Define a strategy (buy and hold, flip, BRRRR, note investing, wholesaling, etc)-Pick a market-Build connections in that market + build connections in the industry in general.
