I too am looking to get professional help with my finances but I can't convince myself on the extra fees and its value.

Now the buyer's agent will get a Buyer Agency Agreement that details out the minimum compensation they will accept. 

A lot more detail is required for an accurate assessment.

I know this isn't your problem but if you are able to move before your lease ends I will pay you $1,000, prorate your rent to the day you move and return the security deposit together with the extra thousand and prorated rent the day you give me the keys.

Thanks Colleen, I have considered exactly what you said and have a company coming Friday to install a metal fence around the pool for extra safety.

Obviously the former guarantees an extra $30 a month of income (in retrospect), but the latter is way cheaper and it will take, 50-66 months (4-6 years), to pay back.
