The Realtors behavior isn't acceptable by any means and isn't an indicator of how most professionals behave just like you have to dig a little to find a good deal, it sometimes takes a bit of digging to find a good Realtor.

Its not going to display all of the properties available in the entire country just by clicking the "Good Neighbor Next Door" link.

If the contract rewards you for certain behavior, you are going to drawn to that behavior if it benefits your business, whether or not it is best for your customer. 

The bad behavior on payment will most likely only get worse.

I have family members who try the "ban the behavior, not the breed!"

Because you are choosing to write a contract to purchase an apple from a grocery store, it in no way allows you to determine how much the store pays for the display in produce.

We are looking to Rent a Refrigerator for a month because the house we flipped will not be coming with a refrigerator, but we feel a display refrigerator will give the house a nice facelift.

If you already have a nice stabilized asset that is performing nicely, easy to manage, and not leveraged to the hilt then doing nothing strikes me as intelligent behavior.

This kind of behavior is not professional and illegal.

Almost as bad as the questionable behavior of both wholesalers and agents might be the level of ignorance.
