I would like to network with people who have similar goals and learn from people who have done this successfully.If someone can share with me how to calculate a 'make sense' rental investment?

I transferred the deed to a Land Trust, the beneficiary was the mm LLC and the Trustee was  my CPA.    

I've learned something new every meeting I've attended and it is a great network of people.  

For what is usually a minimal fee you get education from people who have "been there and done that" and, equally as important, the opportunity to network.

Have you realized the potential for networking that being an agent will provide?  

Have a couple of big  travellers in my network doing very well with that model.

Are there any real estate groups worth joining in the Atlanta area where I can network and learn ?

Just a few months ago I had no team but I have since put in a lot of work networking and have added a few key members.I would be interested in what you plan to focus your strategy on.
