A big one was the Rich Dad REI Coaching Program @ $6,285 and several smaller courses amounting to several hundreds of dollars.

I went to become a certified professional coach to work on my personal development, and it really helped.  

If you're looking for someone to help/coach/mentor you, what do you bring to the table?

Unfortunately, trading options, photography, online coaching, the housing allowance from the VA, etc,  lenders are not counting them as income for a couple of reasons, we are still stuck with the same lending cap of 100k. 

If you have money, you can pay for help /coaching/mentorship to gain the knowledge you need more quickly and obviously can break into REI by financing your own first deal. 

I have a fantastic Renovation Coach who isn't an inspector, but knows homes better than anyone I've seen.

I have invested much more in personal development, coaching, and mentors.

With this push, we bought a business last year and are in a position to push the revenue up, we pivoted our Coaching business to add my Bookkeeping services and then increase revenue by $3k the first year and have already doubled our monthly revenue this month.

If you don't have a RE knowledgeable tax pro, I do advise you to look in your locale for a Certified Tax Coach.

We are considering hiring a coach to take us through the process and as we look to educate ourselves we continue to see names such as Tom Cruz, Rhett Wiseman, and several others.
