The kitchen cabinets are open and all of the drawers have been pulled out for drying.

Usually the concern is windows, doors, cabinets, where chipping or peeling is more likely. 

The kitchen has a water stain on the ceilingfrom the leaking toilet above, loose receptacle, Missing drawer andknob on the cabinet.

The kitchen needs new counters and the cabinets need painted/replaced.

My duplex of equal size will obviously cost more since I'll have 2 kitchens, but i can do cabinets really cheap since that's what I do for work.

Do you need one to go under a cabinet or one that has the large ductwork all the way up the wall?
