Not sure I can do a solo 401k since I already have one from work.Jayman, the fact that you have a 401k at work does not automatically makes you ineligible for a self-directed Solo 401k plan.

It dawned on me after driving by one such manual car wash that I later saw being updated to automatic (which is taking them forever).

I am assuming since i don't have an agent that the listing agent automatically represents me with this transaction.
