What do we do with the boat trailer and the car we just inherited? Of course they somehow forgot to leave the keys and title work...or maybe we just haven't located them yet amidst the piles!!!

Followup: We were able to go through the steps for Indiana to get a court-ordered title.  We were able to sell the car and add to our flip profits.  All's well that ends well:-)
