I really like Joe McCall's Podcast as well, he is that master of automation if you are trying to grow a marketing business related to real estate.Networking is key.  

Whatever site you use, definitely don't use their automated valuation number, and come up with your own.  

So putting the house on MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com and the automated sites that all link to these sites are the places to focus on marketing a retail property.And from looking at the listing the home is definitely a retail buyer home.
