EIN identity theft is more problematic than SSN theft and is growing more quickly as there is so much more that can be done fraudulently under a company name. 

There are plenty of No Income Verification lenders out there, and many of them don't even require the subject property to debt service. 

Both services, check credit histories, evictions, criminal background, SSN verification etc.
