Quick Update: recently improved my credit score to 640, now i just need to find a lenderOk, since the credit score increase, ive ran into other road blocks, Since im a truck driver the underwriters are calling my income commission based and they need 2 years of W-2 income, is there another option for financeing

Items such as: Driver License, Call Utility Office to transfer Utilities over, collect security deposit + first months of rent, etc. 

@Aileen Ouyang, First of all - never let time or urgency become a driver in an investment purchase decision. 

That's the key driver to much of the real estate success here on bigger pockets....so are bank loans available for out of country, non-citizen investors?
