Greetings everyone I'm Tereal Wilson of Detroit Michigan, recently I purchased my first home in new center Detroit all cash under renovation . Now I have the opportunity to use my va home to purchase a multifamily , I have a COE but my credit score is 588 so I'm having a hard time finding a lender. My question is does anyone have any suggestion on finding a lender with this score that would approve me for a loan
