I've read up on Podio and it seems like a great platform to work from; however, there appears to be a heavy development process to get it working.What other platforms are out there for someone who is a bit tech savvy and would like to find a platform that I can grow my business on?

Door knocking, driving for dollars, direct mail, creating a thought leadership platform and a landing page, "we buy houses" flyers, bandit signs, etc., calling rental listings on Zillow, Craigslist, etc., wholesalers, meetup groups (either attending or creating your own).

I (and most people on this thread) strongly suggest at least having a chat with a CPA for just an hour.

Furthermore I want to get a detailed blueprint of how wholesaling works as far as generating leads(best platform to find leads).
