Unless they plan in closing on the property (not typical), they would not tie it to a buyer contingent on financing, any bumps in the process will kill THEIR deal since they will need to either close on their side or back out and lose any earnest money they put in.Happy Investing!

I've been in the construction industry for multiple years and been on the construction end of flex and I'm ready to move into the real estate and brokerage side and investment side of Fix and Flip looking for any answers to any questions and looking for anything further knowledge than what I already have to try and put himself in a lot of things to prove myself so that when I do you jump fully into this that I do have a much better knowledge of what I'm doing then going into it with just a blind construction site experience
