Most of the apartment communities off of Wendover are pretty decent, so are some of the communities off of McConnel but again make sure you do your due diligence and look at the crime reports.

I just got the home inspection report and it seems there is a 3" variance in one section of the home.

The repairs consisted of some dry rot on the chimney sidings and to have the electrical panel looked at by a license electrician to determine whether it's safe since the inspection report found "charred wires".  

They do not give cost estimate for repairs in their inspection report.
