@Brady Jones We signed an agreement with the company that puts in the equipment and does all of the monitoring/ repair of their equipment so they have the password/user agreement with the residents.

If you are getting calls, showings and applications you are in the correct range.This is for sales not rentals but its a tried and true way to gauge pricing by monitoring interest.So the short answer is I suspect you are overpriced.

Side notes property is unique as it has 4 sep water meters tenant pays although I will have to monitor knowing that it is lienable, also township is uniqiue as it charges each individual resident for trash removal.
