If you buy one, though, make sure to take off the top and check it out before you take it home--being natural, the veining patterns vary considerably from box to box! 

Just natural appreciation/inflation are going to have a huge impact over 30 years, and could vary quite a bit between what we expect now, versus what we actually get in the future. 

There is no natural political advocacy group for middle and upper middle class people who would like to buy or rent new housing. 

So we're ultimately looking for something that will cut down our monthly costs (either through lower cost of living or supplemental / rental income).Option 1: Purchase two or three family owner-occupied home.

Else they'd  be the natural lazy selves that most are and sell via an agent.Search here on how to talk to sellers.
