(Using BRRR)Prices + Loan rates + not-great-looking cash-out refi's are making me look outside CO.Do any of you have experience in or know the real estate market for BRRRR for MTR purposes in KS (MO vs KS)?

I do not know if to blame the slow placing of tenant on trying to place tenant in January or a slowdown in market.

Anyone know of a home owner's insurance company covering Lansing Michigan area for a 4 unit with additional accessory unit for a rental built in 1917 ?

I know for DSCR especially, lots of lenders don't like sober homes unless there's truly no medical services offered. 

I can offer maybe 5K upfront for incentive, not much I know.

Plus our neighbor keeps a good lookout on our place and lets me know if things are weird.

I have lived in Memphis all my life but do not know if this is the market I want to pursue.
