I feel like this is an absurd smoke screen for something else that Wynn is cooking up to screw us all at the benefit of her inner circle... or a distractions from the other billions of dollars she's wasted and illegal practices she's had swept under the rug.I'd better stop talking politics before things get out of hand.

It will be finished before Mid June.  

We finished the interior renovation and cleaned up the exterior for the most part.

I have no doubt that I'll finish this project and move on to the next project with a little more wisdom.

I just finished phase I of a small Townhome development.

This deal has been a complete cluster from the get go and I'm happy to be at the finish line.

I am in Mission Viejo and can meet at a Starbucks.I just finished purchasing my next project at the court house steps and I am working on a few more.

That's the beauty of real estate is that it is not a race to the finish line against other investors/people in the industry.

I do this for a couple reasons; 1. to give me an idea of the finish levels needed to provide an  accurate estimate, 2. yes to see if you know your business.
