A little about me, I'm a full-time woodworker looking to add some value and benefit from a relationship with either a new investor or someone more seasoned that needs help rehabbing properties themselves without using a general contractor.

This is very much a relationship business so networking locally is a great jumping off point.

Although in this case it is a relative, let's not focus there because it will be a business relationship.

Read some of his previous BP posts and see, if in those threads, there are other people posting that seem to have a relationship with him and contact them. 

With equity investors, its a bit different as those are longer term relationships that I want to foster...so again I yield to their desires (within reason)...even in cases where the smart financial move (for that deal) would be to buy them out as early as is feasible....I will let them play longer (and make more money) and then buy them out when I know I have the next deal on deck.
