My two cents, with the big markets being over their previous peaks, and Bakersfield in particular repositioning strategy right now, I think that coming here could be a great option because we havent reached our previous peaks yet (IMO due to the fact that we are diversifying away from being solely oil and ag and going towards distribution).

If I'm all leveraged up and say ExxonMobil reports that abiotic oil is real and the price of oil drops to .25¢ a barrel and most of my tenants get laid off (I'm in the Houston market), then my ability to provide for my family comes crashing down.

and i understand you not being harsh your being honest. and i know im taking advantage of this man... he has done everything possible to make my misfortune less of a burden. for my disability ive been able to have banks and companies to take over all of my bills all my utilities in addition to filling my tank with oil... i just no ive been able to get my way so far.. and i just know if their is a will their is a way... their has to be something... and i have a month to figure it out

The top money makers are not just appraisers as you think ofthem but also have other business specialities, construction management/development, aviation, oil and gas, minning, etc; they have other unique knowledge of industries that compliment what they specialize in.Going that route will give you a heck of a better base line for investing for yourself!
