Hello BP Nation,I recently listened to one of the first podcasts (episode 30) about conservative investing with Kenny Estes and it sparked a thought.

I discovered the BP podcast and started absorbing all the earlier episodes.

you're episodes on the podcast have been a huge inspiration.

Already subscribed to the podcast on my iPhone and have new episodes downloading automatically :)

@Devan Mcclish Off topic but I just want to let you know, I really enjoyed the podcast episode you were on!!

So I have been re-listening to the last episodes of the podcast and have found myself in the analysis paralysis limbo...I feel my setback has more to do with not knowing what documentation is required to complete a deal beginning to end.

So Im currently listening to episode #211 and Brandon keeps saying "Do your own numbers"I'm a newb but I like to think I'm kinda smart so below I list all the number I can think to "do" in order tocalculate a deal. help me out if I miss anything.

I've been digging into the UBG and I just listened to the podcast episode as well.
