I've gotten a lot of the "down on my luck" stories so I've been a bit too lenient with her until now when her rent payment check bounced.

Landlords with Section 8 tenants are feeling pretty good right about now knowing their rents will be paid.To add to this, I believe that Class C tenants would be quickest to bounce back and shift employment sectors if job loss did occur.
