That’s when I got the idea I’d like to bounce off of the Bigger Pockets community: How can I structure a deal where I purchase a seller financed property (a property that wasn’t advertised as such) with an assumable note, and then turn around and sell the note to a would-be homeowner for a nice little profit?

Knock on wood none have bounced yet.After we set up a bunch of bank accounts and got it all set up in Quicken,a year later found out our bank charges $40/month to accept autopay payments so we that’s why we don’t do that.

Landlords with Section 8 tenants are feeling pretty good right about now knowing their rents will be paid.To add to this, I believe that Class C tenants would be quickest to bounce back and shift employment sectors if job loss did occur.
