One risk that I could see running into in some areas would be renter quality if you've got the lowest end house in the area.

I Do not have any one area but looking for high quality property/location in the high population areas.I am looking in the low end of the market of $1-2M, and a 1031 exchange.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks,Bohdan

The higher the quality of the data, the lower the frustration since you'll have a higher chance of getting the right peron in a single skip or batch skip.

School quality is not really a concern for 1BR renters/buyers.

They can't tell you if the flooplan is attractive, quality of flooring and landscaping, and other variables.

I'm hearing big delays in good quality construction in and near Asheville. 

(google it) While the dump truck is there have them get 10 tons of recycle concrete  total cost maybe $1000No way $5500 will pay for a quality concrete or black top driveway which will weather the freeZe and thaw in Mississippi 

When you head east past Bowmanville the demand and quality of homes drop dramatically.
