Most of our properties were fairly basic 1960’s ranch homes, which we made small improvements to like adding red mulch, painting front doors and shutters, and planting hearty, low maintenance bushes like boxwoods.

I would recommend you stay away from small independent PM's that manage less than 200 doors.

To find a relationship lender, call or visit the small local community banks and credit unions near the property. 

Located in southwest Iowa, I'm close to the Omaha and Des Moines markets, as well as the small towns in between.

Hello Ryan, I was looking in those markets because my local Dover/ New Philadelphia area is small so there's not as many options available.

If you have a B to C site with irregular or small parcel shape then tenants tend to pick 2 to 3 sites in an area and pit landlords against each other to see who will give the tenant the best terms they desire on a lease.
