The easiest/best way would be to view the actual SS card and verify the number printed on the card is the same as what you were given and the name matches their driver's license. 

Also, look at the address on their driver's license.And check where the evictions happened.  

We focus on the Sunbelt states where net migration is taking place along with other economic drivers and favorable demographics for better returns.  

Investing, which has been the biggest money driver.

I've done well for myself by finding up-and-coming areas, understanding the investment and drivers in Detroit, and putting myself in those spots I believe will transition from C to B Class. 

So I would advise that you learn a bit about better tenant screening; in PA, the state now has free internet searches for lots of important things pertaining to tenant screening, including criminal court records, landlord tenant magistrate records, and even traffic driving offense court records (useful for the tenant that drives for the first job or is Uber or Lyft driver on the side).

In my experience, outside of Charleston (which is just a beast of its own right now) competition in the metro areas actually drivers repair costs down.

I use drivers license to confirm identity and background company confirms identify by cross referencing dob, drivers license number, social security number, and address.   

We have already started proactively talking to the tenants about some of their options and the ones that have reached out I have been trying to connect them with some jobs that may still be available (work from home data entry, virtual type jobs in health care, delivery drivers, etc.)It's going to be a rough few months I'll say that.
