This is super popular in France but I am struggling to find that in Charlotte.

Contrary to popular belief actions have consequences.  

It is closer to home than Florida which is choice #2, although also very humid.

Worse yet, since these categories constantly change, if you don't go in and update your choice every 3 months, you only get the flat 1% cashback. 

My partner was a roof and truss designer and hated flat roofs.Tarps are a useless choice as a long term solution to a leak. 

@Richard Neuharth2% seems totally reasonable.Some of the ones I have looked at are popular in that they have their own podcasts, so maybe easier to reach and available to a wider audience and therefore are just capitalizing on supply/demand mismatch.
