Is there any way to get a ball park idea for this without engineering documents to generate a quote from an excavation company?

We have been doing our homework, educating ourselves by reading books and watching educational videos online about how to better structure a company/ies for real estate investing.

In order to issue a clean title, General Warranty Deed, and an owner's title policy to our new buyer we will need one of those two things.

I was curious if any of these companies have a better algorithm factoring these nuances.
