The residents in the area met with the local police officer and started what is called "community policing".

The police are looking for him for warrants. 

I did not want to be associated with a marketing program that required their reps to diligently police their money and I certainly could no longer sell this to others once I learned I was not the only person to spend hours, emails, phone calls to get the commission payment corrected.They are grossly understaffed in their customer service with people who have no capacity to solve your challenge.  

As I recall that was thru public work or the traffic dept.As a practical note, who is going to be policing the condo garage for parking violators, unless there is a find the HOA can impose.

We also have them sign an amendment stating they are the only 3 living in the property.We wrap it all up by saying as long as you guys pay on time and we don't get complaints we don't police who is staying over at the property (wink, wink).

So today there was a property we live (very) close to that appears the tenants almost burned down tonight (fire dept, smoke, police etc) and we've also seen police come out for an overdose.

Airbnb shouldn't be the ones to police.

If they aren't on the lease and the tenants want them gone can always get the police to kick them out.

The landlord has to pay for the cost of the police after a couple of calls and can lose their rental license if it continues. 

I know they called the police about it previously, and the neighbor has stated that she will again, which I told her she should definitely do.
