Marc Faulkner I planned to see the property in person with the sellers permission for me to come by to inspect the house.

But when I added the would you be offended lead in I never had a single soul say yes they would be, just the opposite which was of course not or no, or in effect giving me permission to call.

Our tax site also show if there is an escrow company listed and that I found to be a good likely indication if there is an existing mortgage because taxes and insurance are generally escrowed.And of course if you are working with an agent they may have more information like the sellers agent by way of permission from their client making known that there is an existing note(s) and the sellers need to be able to pay that and walk away with $$$.Good Luck!
