@Tom Smith To use this specific case as an example about 100-150 pages were planning documents and maps laying out the community and all the planning that went into it's construction so not super important, about 50 pages for how the HOA is organized and who is in charge.

I've been in this business for 10+ years, have a well-organized and trained TEAM, and a list of subs and vendors so long it would make your dizzy... we can run a a full on gut-out in 3 months or so, but everything has to run 'just right' including city inspections.

- I bought my first when I was 18.. and have grown at a fair rate ( had college and other major things going on in my life ) .. 4 years later, I feel as if I’ve grown mentally and physically, but have so many new questions.. - Don’t comment and say “Join local RE group “ I am seeking persons with a mindset that doesn’t necessarily need to be “ local “- I have come across some obstacles in my path to ultimate success and I’m really looking for a mentor.. - would love to engage with 2-3 mentors, talk weekly/monthly with each other.

It's just them organizing the volume you provide. 

I have used QB for years so am not starting from scratch, but want to start out on the right foot since it is a lot of units to keep organized.  

I have been approached by organizations asking if I would provide that as an alternate service.

If you're organized enough, you can reuse the ones you remove and just swap them out from your own inventory. 

I needed more cash given how much I've grown in the last two years and how much I want to continue to grow.  

We have been working on our real estate business part time for nine months and it has steadily grown to become more and more time consuming.
