Does anyone have experience with rentals in White Oak?

Just got off the phone with a client who is currently in negotiations with a non profit about buying 7 properties off them in Thousand Oaks, CA.

We don't have termites in Northern Ohio.. so I thought.One massive Pin Oak tree that had to come down. $2600Another massive Pin Oak tree, 2 broken branches from a storm, $600There are 3 massive Pin Oak trees on the property and sooner or later they will all have to come down before they fall on my neighbors house horribly killing everyone inside.

I'm also thinking that a street patrol would help as well in some of these neighborhoods and MAYBE I could get some of the neighborhoods to chip in on the service so that particular street could have 24/7 patrol- Or creating the service myself eventually to monitor all of my properties in the Detroit area.

It's been nearly two years since I graduated from college with a degrees in economics and psychology, and my time since has been split between two blue chip corporations in the energy space. 

It remains to be seen whether this will take off or not, but there is a major $1bn state of the art processing chip manufacturing facility that was completed in the last 3 years or so up there, and SUNY Albany is pouring resources into nano tech.
