I'm excited to get back into the BRRR game after a short hiatus.  

With that being said I would like to say that Do Hard Money is a good company to work with, but do not get disillusioned into thinking that you won't need any of your own skin in the game!

Below is my long term game plan/ strategy to financial freedom.  

In this game we are targeting properties.... but we are also targeting unsophisticated sellers. 

But don't play games with me because I will out game a newbie every time.

To me, this is what it means to be a truly professional RE investor, as opposed to a gambler ... not saying that I'm 100% there yet, but this is the end game for me at least.

All three go hand in hand, you can't simply select one or two aspects and play the game without being called out by authorities.  

But again, I'm just a kid, and I'm sure people who have been in this game a lot longer in SoCal than I have (like @Matt R. and @Steve Short above) can give some better advice.Thanks for sharing your purchase Logan.
