Are you implying that the $5,000 loss is specifically attributable to tax depreciation (i.e., a non cash expense)?

I wouldn’t be implying anything about marriage until after the paperwork on that has been filed personally.

What happened is that the previous owners (who recently passed) for some reason applied for the MHP use permit on only 5 acres but the county somehow had the 27 acres zoned R-4 (although, as implied, development plans need to be submitted and approved). 

Also, don't charge monthly "pet rent" because that implies the rent will go down if they get rid of the pet.

Putting him out on the street implies you are making him destitute and your cruel self won't even give him a cardboard box to live in. 

You might have to go after the installer with an "implied warranty" claim, depending on AZ laws.

The clause is in there, but it implies that it's possible to transfer to an LLC with permission from the lender. 

Your goal should be to find a happy medium where you enjoy the lifestyle of the place you live and are comfortable investing where it makes sense.And the answer to your actual implied question is "Yes!".
