Disputing New Jersey property taxes

Greetings! First post!  Is anybody familiar with representing yourself in court for disputing your property taxes? I have my hearing scheduled for next week. I've never been to court and I'm representing myself to save money.

Details on the property: Purchased for 250k, Taxed at 335k. I submitted five comps that sold for +-10k within a block of my house. This should be a pretty straightforward win
