I want to close quickly because as you know its almost December and the holidays are around the corner.How will the interest be paid?

Since it is the holiday season, should I reduce the rent, which would eat up a little cash flow, in order to attract more potential tenants in order to have more options?  

I normally go to someplace like Bob's Discount Furniture when I need new sturdy inexpensive stuff or a good holiday sale at an Ashley Furniture seller just keep coming down on price until you are on budget.

This is a multi family condo so I know it needs to be contained....I really don't need this in the middle of my holidays with my other vacant units my owners want to fill

AND invite them to whatever closest holiday party.

The court date will be 2 to 4 weeks after the filing, depending on the case load, holidays, etc.

There is a very fine line to walk between pricing right, getting the right tenant and filling the unit as soon as possible.Kim Meredith Hampton unfortunately the timing for this unit made 45-60 days out right during Christmas and the holidays.
