Xplicit Home Loans emailed me a few days ago with a generic email from Rodger Gregory and I replied out of curiosity saying that I was cautious it was some sort of scam.

I would be much happier working my current job 1-3 days a week (earning ~$40/hour), which is realistic as I work in healthcare and per diem work is common, and supplementing that with income from other sources including real estate investments.

They've been great so far- they are transparent, breakout their proposals, and are flexible with regards to working with me supplementing certain scopes of work if I can get a better deal (on either labor, material, or both).

This happened because many of the deals they invested in doubled, tripled or even quadrupled and have also done many re-fis or supplemental loans along the way that grew their portfolio exponentially.
