Xplicit Home Loans emailed me a few days ago with a generic email from Rodger Gregory and I replied out of curiosity saying that I was cautious it was some sort of scam.

I would be much happier working my current job 1-3 days a week (earning ~$40/hour), which is realistic as I work in healthcare and per diem work is common, and supplementing that with income from other sources including real estate investments.

This happened because many of the deals they invested in doubled, tripled or even quadrupled and have also done many re-fis or supplemental loans along the way that grew their portfolio exponentially.

Subtracting out a generic 50% in dangerous, because that number could actually be higher and then you'd be misled to believing you have a better deal than you really do.
