Hi @Jim Pellerin Thanks for the reply.I would be the tenant buyer, yes, and I understand there would be monthly payments. my credit isn't the best and am self employed so i the banks aren't falling all over themselves to loan to me.

You should not trust the address or employment portion of any credit report.Probably 15% of the loans I do have "To whom it may concern, 123 Main st - I have no idea why this address is on my credit report, I've never lived here.

With more and more high tech companies opening up we seem to have more of these tier one employers such as BAE Systems, DEKA, and EFI who are all adding hundreds of jobs within the city spinning off lots of other opportunities.

Then you simply get another job (perhaps the same job if you have good relations with the employer).I'd imagine your job has many opening for people qualified to do it, as does my job, so I don't think it's a major leap to quit your job, especially if you have 6 months of expenses saved up because you can simply get another job if it doesn't work out.
