As for skills I'm excellent with technology and analysis, not specifically real estate analysis...yet!

I did used to work with one guy that loved this size property, because he was using all the technology I mentioned, and running several from a single off site location. 

While the property doesn't have cash flow, I needed a bigger home base (with an office) for the day job as someone that works in technology in the DMV.Made some mistakes along the way, and had more help than I can thank, but I got locked in with a good rate which is the important part and now that my feet are wet and I know the formula, I'm ready for more!

Funds are not an issue but I'm starting a commision based technology sales job and would prefer the security of a lease option until I feel more comfortable in the job.

I am a full time college student majoring in technology and aspiring to be a real estate investor.

My technology is a little outdated,  I still own a flip phone and just got a tablet last year!

Or perhaps I should say that the technology has come a long way to enable an entrepreneur on a shoe-string budget to put out a book with an audio component!

With so much technology it would stand to seem they would have a sense of the values.  

Technology advancements such as email, phone calls, skype has enabled communication with a remote CPA to be seamless.
