Hi All- I am currently in debt paydown/savings mode getting ready to purchase my first investment property.  I live in Phoenix, AZ, and I'm looking to offer assistance in any form to a more seasoned investor, I'm hungry to learn, and have big goals. As for skills I'm excellent with technology and analysis, not specifically real estate analysis...yet!   I am free most nights and weekend.
