@Clinton White To your original question on how to come up with $2k quickly, there are quite of few credit cards doing instant approvals these days. 

This deal instantly gave every owner on Galveston a 9% increase in revenue (assuming rental rates stay the exact same, which mine are compared to my 2021 numbers thus far).
