Truthfully the reason I have opted to diving into Wholesale Realty is because like many here , I DON’T HAVE MONEY and or the perfect credit score to buy properties.

Knowing that I want to get to a point, eventually, of $10K a month in passive income, would you bother trying to build capital in flips or dive straight into rentals knowing that would likely require partners?

@Jake Williams I'd say dive into wholesaling, study to understand that exit strategy and find places near you to connect with other investors to network and learn your market.

There is a wealth of info on here, you just have to dive in!

Let me know if anyone has any advice about investing in a rent controlled area before I dive in head first.
