Keep in mind though if these tenants lived there prior to the foreclosure and have a legit lease you cannot evict them unilaterally if they wont pay you can.. but if they pay you have to honor the lease for the full term..

Credit.supposebly.in 2017 i still owed 169.000 mean while in my face there selling same modular for 89.000 .in 09 market crashed..i lost my house and rentals.but managed to save for diwn payment.i have a case ..im sure but need help.most attorneys wont help becouse its a modular..they took my house .my kids home all our belongings cars.walked away with nithing more than what we could fit in my trunk...been hme less with 3 teens..is not recomended..sad hungry noghts cold.unsure.destroyed..humiliated.i fought .its been almost 2 years.house is still vacant...the Ford Family in Moss Landing Ca...hearless ..i dont want the house ..i need help to file lawsuit...we need justice.im not the only person they pulled the same scam on..theres more familyes.they take your money.then they fabricate make up scams to get rid of you...and them keeping your house....this hone supposebly was auctioned off but i checked the county.and never was home was to sell and pay debt.and return change to us..never happened.
