On hold for 1/2 hr with a nice young lady who actually speaks passable English.

I had a lady that books most all the college football game weekends break her toe on a paver stepping stone 3 years ago.

Also, this lady would have gladly lived in there until her lease ran out or even after it did (let's put that into context). 

I've got a lady that does the housekeeping for free, and I get to sleep with her.  23 STRs with 83 beds.

My 3 long term tenants are an old lady, another old lady, and an older guy on HUD rental assistance that does some maintenance and mowing for me. 

@Omar Merced  My recent experiences on BP  tell me that trying to align with lenders on this website is very difficult as there are so many scammers on this site its not funny.I had a lady call me last week and wanted to verify I had borrowed money from some lender in Texas.. 

I have a cat in one now but will need to do new carpets on that property anyways, the lady said she was going to stay for 3 years.

Received an inquiry, older lady from out of state.

As part of a remediation, all structures on the property must be tested, and it turns out the "nice little old lady" in the second house whose been there for six years is either a meth user also, or has family that stays there who is - lots of pot paraphanalia seen during meth testing. 

There might be a little frustration on my part...Back story:  I have an upper unit of a duplex in Bayview Milwaukee without central air and with a nice older lady leasing it.
