First time this has happened, got the message below..... The city has no maximum nights allowed, so what is up with VRBO limiting nights? Anyone had this happen?

Regulatory block:This property has been booked for the maximum number of nights allowed in 2021. If one of your 2021 bookings is adjusted or canceled, these dates will become available.

So what I have found is that after you get a stupid answer like you can't talk to a supervisor or manger.  You call back in again as fun as that is and talk to a totally different person.  And you may have to do this a number of times.  But sometimes you will get someone that knows what is really going on and can possibly actually help.  That is so frustrating though.  I am currently going through an issue what poor support at YourPorter (now Guesty for Hosts) where I am dealing with something similar.  Very frustrating when you know the problem is on their end you can't make headway with anyone about getting it fixed.  I'm feeling your pain!
